GENERAL f.a.q.
YES! We can accommodate vased and wrapped arrangement requests for our walk-in clients. For a vased arrangement request we do ask for 30 minutes to 1 hour for our designers to complete the arrangement. Our shop hours are Tuesday through Friday 10AM - 5:30PM and Saturday 10AM - 2PM.
We get our flowers from some of the nations top wholesalers to ensure quality for your event and our brand deserves. We are a boutique flower shop and spend a lot of time ordering exactly the right stems in plenty of time for your event. The pricing is dependent on the “market pricing” at the time of order. Each stem is marked up in order to pay for many things; shipping, processing, water, storage, handling, replacing and designing your floral pieces.
We don’t generally have pre-made arrangements. If you’re looking for something specific, let us know about a week in advance and we can make it work for you! We will occasionally have pre-made arrangements available for select holidays.
We do not. We really love working with you to find exactly what you’re looking for, whether it’s just a few stems or a complete vased arrangement.
SUBSCRIPTION F.A.Q.
If you’ve purchased a subscription, amazing! You or the recipient will love the monthly, bi weekly, or weekly arrangement! In the website you will have purchased a subscription based on the frequency you would like to receive your flowers. Your credit card information is saved and will be charged each time an arrangement is scheduled, until you decide to cancel. We ask that you cancel one week prior to your next scheduled delivery.

Sometimes people like to make sure that their subscription arrangement comes on a special occasion or holiday we will do our best to accommodate.
We are sorry, no. We ask for ease and less confusion, that each subscription go to the address intended from the start.
DELIVERY F.A.Q.
The Des Moines Metro area. We can make exceptions, we just ask that you call ahead to check our availability for the delivery date. Delivery fees will increase when distance increases.
Our minimum is $50 for the arrangement with a $10 to $20 delivery fee depending on the location of the delivery.
We are delivering Monday - Saturdays.
We aim to have deliveries arrive early-late afternoon with 6pm being the latest delivery time. Please note that during busy holiday periods or inclement weather, deliveries maybe later than normal.
We can try our best but do not guarantee a specific delivery time! Please call us to see if we can do it for you.
You can request us to call the recipient prior to delivery by putting a note in the "delivery instructions" field on the order page. We do like to make sure someone is home if the delivery is being sent to a residence.
If the recipient is not home when the delivery is made a phone call will be made to the recipient at the phone number you provide before we bring it back to the store. Our delivery service will make a complimentary 2nd attempt to deliver the arrangement. If we are unable to connect with the recipient a 2nd time, the arrangement will be taken back to our store location and can be picked up by the sender or recipient or a 3rd attempt can be made for an additional charge.
Unfortunately we do not leave deliveries outside for recipients who are not home. Due to flowers being a perishable item, we can not risk them being damaged from weather conditions.
Wildflower will attempt to find the correct address. If the flowers are delivered to the address supplied by the customer and the address is incorrect, Wildflower will contact the customer and additional charges may apply for re-delivery (if the flowers are recovered). However, if the flowers are delivered to an incorrect address and are not recovered, Wildflower can not accept any responsibility for such loss. It is the obligation of the customer to supply accurate details at the time of ordering.
